With a background in the food and beverage and hospitality industries, Elizabeth brings elegance and grace coupled with a very high standard of service to her daily duties as Capische’s General Manager. With a passion for perfection and a focus on details, Elizabeth orchestrates the guests’ world-class dining experience at Capische.
Throughout her career, Elizabeth has been involved in creating, teaching, and demanding fine dining standards and techniques from the service teams she has led. She has proven her skills time and again in internationally recognized restaurants and the finest resorts throughout the United States and most recently, the Hawaiian Islands.
Elizabeth has opened multiple restaurants from the planning stage through to raves on opening night. Our guests are comforted and delighted knowing Elizabeth is in charge as she tolerates only the finest in quality of each aspect of a diner’s visit
Originally from the chilly wilderness of Alaska, Elizabeth now soaks up the Maui sunshine with her husband, Walker, in their island home.
