A motivated group of young professionals have dedicated their lives to building Capische into the nationally recognized restaurant it has become. 

 

Chef Brian Etheredge has created a working environment more akin to a family (Ohana in Hawaiian) rather than a regimented brigade system that most experience in this industry. 

 

The result is service with just the right amount of professionalism and aloha complimenting the Island’s relaxed atmosphere while still providing everything one would expect from a world-class restaurant. 

 

Combining Chef Chris Kulis’ culinary creations with Chef Brian's eye for detail and ability to meld everything together seamlessly results in a recipe for fine island dining.
