The Capische ohana is a very special group of people. Because of our size and standards, we are particularly diligent in selecting new members for our ohana. But we are always on the look-out for passionate, talented culinary professionals.
All members of our service and wait staff are committed professionals. They are held to a very high standard consistent with Capische’s world-class dining reputation. Like our service staff, we believe the Capische culinary team is me pa’i a pa’i ‘ole (without equal). Each member of the team has formal culinary training/education and broad experience in creating and crafting exceptional dishes. Yet our interest is not so much in pedigree as in proven skills and performance because ultimately it is the quality and consistency of the products we deliver that pleases our customers and assures our success.
