Our award-winning cuisine is based on only the freshest ingredients, sourced as close to the restaurant as possible. Much of our produce and herbs now come from our new farming operation at the Hotel Wailea, Wailea Organics.
Not entirely Italian, not entirely American, but definitely prepared using classical French technique, our food is as honest as it is fresh. All our menu offerings are prepared with pride, aloha, and attention to every detail.
